AssetVault's complete saved inventory lives in SQLite on your phone and is not synchronized to an AssetVault inventory cloud. We don't take sales cuts or operate a social feed. Optional AI, catalog, pricing, and barcode tools process selected inputs, while diagnostics and purchase verification may contact services automatically. Collector+ funds those recurring services; Pro remains available for static inventory.
Pricing. Live eBay asking median from active listings. Not a stale imported value, not an algorithm's guess. We label it honestly so you know it is current asking-price context, not completed-sale data.
Scanning. AssetVault can use a configured AI provider to suggest a card's set, name, rookie designation, and variant from the visible image. Results vary by image and must be reviewed before saving.
AI Pre-Grade (Collector+, v1.2). Get an AI-estimated grade range and confidence from guided photos, then compare active-listing context before deciding whether to submit. It is a screening aid, not a professional grade or value guarantee.
Bulk Photo Import (Collector+, v1.2). One photo of a 9-pocket binder page splits into 9 individual cards via AI. The fastest way to inventory hundreds of cards.
Condition Timeline (Collector+, v1.2). Date-stamped photos of a raw card's surface and corners over time. They can support your documentation, but they do not guarantee an insurer or buyer will accept a condition or value.
185K+ record catalog. Type a name to check more than 185,000 indexed public-reference records before an eligible Collector+ search uses an AI fallback. A separate opt-in Submit action can send eligible reference fields to a private review queue after a miss; AssetVault 1.2.2 does not publish them.
No marketplace. AssetVault is a cataloging app. We don't take a cut of your sales, handle disputes, or hold your money. Use TCGplayer, eBay, or Whatnot when you're ready to sell.

Encrypted backup (.avbk, v1.2). Password-protected metadata backup with no AssetVault master key. It includes local file references, not photo binaries; use Full Export ZIP as a separate unencrypted media archive.
No AssetVault account lock. No inventory-cloud sync. Full Export creates an unencrypted portability ZIP that AssetVault can inspect and restore directly. It asks for confirmation before replacement, reattaches verified archived media, and reports unavailable media.
